Patty Hogan – Agent
Patty is a long-time member of the McDowell Team and has been active in real estate since 2006. She began her career with EXIT First Realty in Crofton, then in 2012, joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Severna Park. Her next move was to Keller Williams Select Realtors in Severna Park in 2013 before finally landing in KWSR Annapolis.

In 2018, James made his initial move to Keller Williams for the Buffalo Northtowns office in New York. He then made the move to Keller Williams Select Realtors in Annapolis in the spring of 2019, and landed a spot on the McDowell Team. Immediately, James displayed a strength in representing buyers and renters alike in finding their new home.
Toni McDowell – Agent
Over the course of 31 years, Toni worked for Mercedes-Benz and Daimler Trucks North America. She is known for having extensive cross-functional expertise in relationship building, customer service, negotiations, along with other functions pertaining to the job at hand.
Toni’s commitment and loyalty to this company had taken her to 3 other states besides Maryland; moving 4 times during an 11-year span. During these moves, Toni not only gained knowledge in buying and selling homes, but a passion as well. With her passion for buying and selling homes, becoming a Realtor was a perfect job transition. After learning of all their latest technologies, business strategies, and positive results, Toni joined Keller Williams Select Realtors, The McDowell Team.
Toni resides on the Eastern Shore in Maryland with her husband and 2 dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her granddaughters. If you are ever on the Cross-Island Trail, keep an eye out for Toni; she loves walking this trail.
Alba Rodriguez – Bilingual Agent
Alba Elena Rodríguez has been a resident of Annapolis for over 25 years and a graduate from University of Maryland. She has extensive experience having worked in various areas of the lending and real estate industry.
Alba has sold homes in all price ranges and specialized helping the community with the Maryland Homebuyer Program. Fixer-uppers and foreclosures properties are part of the way to obtain properties at lower prices and affordability. Spanish is her native language and she is ready to assist new clients using her Bilingual skills as well.
Chris Woodall – Licensed Assistant, Office Manager
As the Office Manager, Chris is responsible for administrative support for the team. When he joined the team in January 2019, he brought a diverse set of skills. Already having a firm grasp of coordinating with real estate professionals after 10-years in the CoStar research department, he was well-prepared for the challenge. His prior hobby of graphic design lent itself to expanding the marketing efforts of the team with flyers.
In September 2019, he acquired his real estate license to help bolster his skills and expand team operations.
